Every mutant in New York was awakened that night with brilliant lightning streaking into their bedrooms and illuminating the interiors thereof. Charles opened his eyes and smiled. Emma Frost looked coldly into the night and swore one day she would have a love like that. Jean rolled Scott over. Logan grunted and reached for his beer. Hank bounded for Bobby. Rogue longed to have passion like that just once while Remy breathed her name in misery. Warren and Betsy took to the skies. Thunder roared with passion. Lightning struck again as Ororo found new depths of pleasure from Kitty's fingers.
