"Did you ever feel like you've been set adrift at sea?" Abby asked suddenly.
"Excuse me?" Ziva asked, eyeing the goth.
"Like sometimes, you feel lost in a large area."
"I have. Once, my father took us to the desert and left us to find our way home with a map, no compass, and a jug of water."
Abby stared at her co-worker in mixed amazement and wonder. She was constantly in awe of the things that came out of the Israeli woman.
"Why do you ask?" Ziva asked the goth.
"I... Do you want to go out for dinner?"
