A/N: I've just started back into the world of fanfic after a few years off, so I hope you enjoy it as much as i've enjoyed writing it.
‘Look Tempe, I know you’re a little concerned by how Booth’s been acting, but you have to let it go sweetie.’ Advised Angela Montenegro as Temperance Brennan walked past her desk for the fifth time.
‘I know, but anthropologically speaking, its traditional for males to…what?’ she paused as Angela looked at her with a wide smile.
‘I love it when you talk scientific.’ She said, standing up and walking round to hug Tempe. ‘It reminds me of how special you are. How special you are to me.’
Tempe embraced Angela then drew back, drawing one hand up to cup Angela’s face. ‘And you’re special to me too, Angela.’ She drew her in for a kiss, and pressed her body close to Angela’s, feeling the soft curves against her skin, making her yearn for more.
Drawing back Angela said ‘Booth will just have to get used to the two of us together now. I know he has a thing for you…’
‘Yes, he was attracted to me for the benefit of mating and choosing a mate that is physically…’ She trailed off as Angela pressed a finger against her lips.
‘Enough sweetie. Lets find a space that’s not quite so open.’
