New Tagging Policies
Hello again! I have new posts regarding the drabbletag and drabble cycle challenges coming soon, but first I want to introduce a policy change re: tags.
In the past femslash100 has organized drabbles by fandom and by author using the memories system, and only used tags for the different challenges. projectjulie is currently working on getting the memories updated through 2007, but we've decided that starting with 2008 we're going to move to using tags for authors and fandoms.
So, in the future, in addition to tagging things 'challenge###', we're also going to request that you tag with your username and your fandom. So, for example, if I were going to post a Battlestar Galactica drabble for next week's challenge, my tags would look like this:
challenge157, author: sheepfairy, fandom: battlestar galactica.
In addition, I'm looking for a couple of volunteers who would be willing to help go back and tag entries starting from January, 2008. For the moment, anyone can create tags, although once we get the system in place I might change it back so people can only use existing tags just to keep everything organized.
