That was great. Chicago femslash is something I have always thought would be great to read but this is the first time I've actually come across some. It definitly fuels my interest in this fandom. Very well written and very well characterised for such a sort piece. I really hope this isn't your only foray into this fandom, I would love to read more if there is more to read

thank you for your comment. this is my first attempt at chicago fan fic, but i have been writing law & order fic for 8 months. i'm interested in continuing the chicago cycle, and i hope you'll enjoy reading more as much as i enjoy writing it. thanks again.

I really like this. Very nicely written and characterized -- also, Mama does deserve more fic. Not that I'm against Velma/Roxie, natch, but still. (I would like to suggest you write some Velma/Mama.)

BTW, did you know that people complained about Mama's character in the movie because she just wasn't 'dikey' enough?

i thought mama's character was done just right--i would not have liked her as well if she was "over diked". (although i've been a fan of queen latifah's for years).
