Dawn freezes as she hears the front door open. Footsteps echo up the stairs to where she and her lover are on her bed, signalling that they are no longer alone and she’d better get her door shut fast.
Faith grins as she teases, her breath hot in Dawn’s ear, “Bad girls don’t hide.” Dawn shivers as Faith runs her tongue into her ear. She kneads her calf with one hand’s sharp fingernails and squeezes her breast with her other. Passion screams through Dawn, the only thing silencing her cry as Faith again moves her hands, sliding her fingers home inside of her, is Faith’s own mouth.
“SHIT!” Faith’s mouth breaks from Dawn’s, her fingers leaving her abruptly, as a sword flies over their heads. “I’m guessing Joyce ain’t the one who’s come home early.”
“Buffy, I’m old enough to choose my own lovers -- “
“No, Dawnie,” Buffy snaps, “you’re really not. Besides, I’m the Slayer and your big sister. It’s my duty to protect you from evil.”
“Evil? You’re never gonna stop bringing up my mistakes, are you? What about yours? You’re the one whose first fuck unleashed Angelus!”
“That was my mistake, just like trusting you.”
The front door opens again. “That’s gonna be Mom, and you’re not going to tell her a thing! If you do, or if you attack Faith again, I’m gonna tell her how the car really crashed!”
Faith grins. “Maybe you’re a little more badass than I gave you credit for.”
“You know it.”
