Yes, exactly! The comm actually supplies a suggesting format that I tend to use:

Title: (optional)
Prompt: (weekly challenge # and word; challenge word in your drabble cycle; prompt phrase for drabble tag)
Fandom:
Pairing:
Rating:
Word count: (important if you want stars!)
Summary: (optional)

Since I usually post to only AO3, I usually put a hyperlink to the fic in the summary, but that's just a suggestion. You can link it anywhere in your header.
