Sabrina stepped up behind Kelly, pressing against her, wrapping her arms around the other woman and bringing her arms up. Kelly leaned back against her friend, craving the warmth of body and feel of her skin.
Sabrina’s hands slid over Kelly’s, curling around her trigger finger. Sabrina’s cheek was against Kelly’s as she focused intently on the target and Kelly was focused intently on Bree.
Kelly licked her suddenly dry lips. “Thanks for coming shooting with me… you’ve always been the best shot.”
Sabrina smiled against her. “Anytime, Kel.”
Kelly opened her mouth to say something but then stopped herself.

The whole hospital was still feeling the ripple effects of the day’s events.
The hot water pounded against Brenda’s tired muscles. It was an anti-climactic end to a very shitty day. The steam billowed up around her but she could still see Lisa Cuddy step up to the shower next to hers.
Brenda took a deep breath. She closed her eyes and let out a breath before stepping up to Cuddy and pushing her up against the tiled wall. Without further preamble, Brenda captured Cuddy’s lips. Cuddy held Brenda and deepened the kiss.
Cuddy would deal with the consequences tomorrow.
