Hood couldn't hide her amusement when she looked at the Prince of Wales. Since they left the base, Prince was stiff. It was her first action anyway. And the action they had was serious - they were chasing Bismarck herself. But despite the circumstances, Hood wanted her young comrade to chill.
"Hey," she said, "Have anything on the radar?"
"No... no, madam!" Prince answered, turning her face back. Hood noticed the blush on the cheeks of the blonde girl. She sailed closer to her.
"Come on, don't be like that. It will be all right. We'll find her and sunk her with ease. Nothing to worry about, really"
"Yes, but..."
"What's up?"
"I have... some doubts, madam"
"Stop calling me like that, you know my name. And what are these doubts you have?"
"Mada... I mean," Prince of Wales did her best to not blush when she was talking to the Hood, "Since we left the base, I had... dunno how to say, bad premonitions or something..."
"You're newest battleship on the seas and I'm biggest one. Don't worry, babe," Hood stroked her sandy hair. "When we'll return, I'll take you to my favorite cafe at Dover, ok?" she smiled to the blonde girl encouragingly.
"Yes!" Prince of Wales looked finally happy, "I just want to... Oh, I got it! Signal! It's her!"
"Then let's go and give her hell!" both battleships changed their course. Prince of Wales sailed proudly onward, sure that when Hood is with her, all the doubts are meaningless.
