When Natasha asked to meet her in No Man's Land Sharon took it as a pretty clear signal.
When she arrived she confirmed that she had read the signals correctly.
Natasha had gone for a little black dress, a classic, sleek number that emphasised her feminine curves. Sharon wore a suit. It was black with sharp creases and neat lines. Her hair was up under a trilby hat.
"Very dapper," Natasha said and gave Sharon an approving smile. "Drink?"
No Man's Land was everything you could want in a lesbian bar. Friendly, with a well stocked bar, space to sit and talk and space to dance.
Sharon and Natasha drank, and danced and talked about everything that had nothing to do with Superheroes or spies.
"They're getting friendly," Sharon commented. Natasha followed her gaze to a couple on a chair nearby. A butch woman with short dark hair and wearing a lot of leather had a stunningly beautiful blonde on her lap. They were making out passionately, the dark haired woman cupping the blonde's breast through her dress.
"You know, I'm feeling very friendly right now," Natasha said.
"Really?" Sharon met her eyes.
Natasha nodded. "Let's dance some more."
Sharon took her hand.
They danced increasingly close. They both felt the charge building between them. Looks and smiles turned to light touches.
To a slow sexy song they shared their first kiss. Their sweet smooches developed until they were eager to go to Sharon's place and explore their desires further.
