Sitting across from Cho in the library, Ginny gives her a sidelong look out of the corner of her eye. She can hear the Slytherin tapping her foot impatiently under the table.
Cho ignores her and goes back to reading.
Ginny sighs, loudly.
Cho looks up, annoyed. "You don't have to wait for me," she whispers.
She smirks. "Just doing it out of the kindness of my heart."
Cho closes her book and stands up. "Now you're being sarcastic"
Ginny gets up, too. "I was going for sardonic."
"I heard sarcasm."
"Whatever," she retorts, following her out of the library.
They reach the main hall which is filled with clamoring students. Cho walks faster.
Ginny easily catches up. "Why so afraid to be seen with me? It's not like you're in Gryffindor, my sworn enemy."
Cho rolls her eyes. "Now you're being sardonic."
She laughs. "Good to know."
Cho groans.
