I love this pairing. Then again, I love all unconventional pairings. This was very lovely, having been set in Chakotay's POV. I would love to see a longer, more intricate version of this...so we can all have our Janeway/Roslin fix! Are there anymore stories of this pairing?

However, all's well and good in this ficlet of yours and I absolutely enjoyed reading it!
