Hi all! This is my first offering to this community. I'm just starting to explore the world of the 100-word drabble. So, I hope you enjoy it!
Title: Kissing a Girl

She always wanted to kiss a girl. Soft, full lips, breasts pressing against hers, sweet scent intoxicating her. She imagined it would be lovely. She imagined she had plenty of time.
How could she know that one night of passion would change everything? How could she predict becoming pregnant at sixteen, going into hiding at seventeen with her new husband and baby girl?
As she bounces the giggling Nymphadora on her lap, planting a kiss on the soft, pink cheek, she reflects that she's kissing a girl, after all, and that is no bad thing.
But it's not the same.
