Pearl looks up from her book and gives her a disapproving look. "Must you?"
Amethyst belches; Pearl cringes. "You just don't know what you're missing out on," Amethyst sighs, resting her chin on her hand, propped up by her elbow.
Pearl rolls her eyes, flipping a page in her book. "What's the point when it's not even necessary?"
Amethyst tsks, flips her hair. "Because, duh, all this earth food tastes good. Plus," she adds, rubbing her stomach joyfully, "it makes me feel all tingly,"
Pearl wrinkles her nose. "Gross."
