While the others were going back and forth, bouncing around ideas about their latest Unsub Emily pulled JJ aside and a few steps away from the others.
"You're wearing my blouse," Emily said just loud enough for JJ to hear.
"You noticed," JJ couldn't keep the smirk from her lips. "I love that it smells like you, it's like your body is touching mine all day."
"That's... well, adorable actually," Emily replied.
"It's not the only thing of yours I'm wearing."
"No?"
JJ shook her head. "I'll give you a clue, they're purple, they're lacy, they're..."
"My panties," Emily gasped.
"You can claim them back tonight," JJ said.
"You two got something?" Hotch called to them.
"Uh," Emily swallowed and composed herself. "Yes."
JJ admired Emily launching into an explanation of a fake conversation they'd been having related to the case. It was truly a five-star recovery.
Reid even picked up Emily's point and elaborated. Emily and JJ shared a look. Both of them thinking about Emily reclaiming her blouse and underwear.
