Rosa’s leaning against the bar when Gina appears at her elbow, sliding a glass towards her. “Long intense orgasm?” she asks conversationally.
Rosa stares suspiciously. “What?”
Gina tilts her head down at the drink. “That’s what it’s called, obviously. A ‘long intense orgasm’. Wanna try it?”
Whatever’s in it, it’s bright purple and smells like lotion. Gross. “I’ll stick with beer,” Rosa snorts.
Next time they’re at the bar, Gina’s drink is radioactive green. “Would you like a ‘whole fist’?”
Rosa frowns at the glass. “That is the stupidest name for a cocktail ever.”
Gina smirks, raising an eyebrow. “I don’t know, I’ve always enjoyed them.”
The time after that, Gina’s drink is a light pink colour. “Fancy a ‘tongue in the ass’?”
“There’s no way that’s a real drink,” Rosa snaps.
Gina just grins at her. “Tell that to the contents of my highball glass,” she says, and takes a needlessly long sip of pink booze through her straw.
When they’re next at the bar and Rosa sees Gina approaching with a blue drink, she holds up her hand, stops Gina before she can even start.
“Want a quickie in the bathroom?” Rosa asks.
Gina toys with her straw. “I’ve never had that before, what’s in it?”
Rosa steps close, right into Gina’s personal space. “It’s not a drink, it’s a proposition, dumbass.”
Gina’s smug smile is stupidly infuriating. “About time you got with the program, Diaz,” she purrs.
At least when Rosa kisses her, she finally shuts up.
