After she lost Daniel she didn't think that losing another lover could ever hurt this much. When Daniel had died she felt as though a piece of her were missing but now as she watched the life go out of Emma's sparkling blue eyes she felt a heavy weight on her soul.
She felt herself scream but she couldn't hear any sound. She could see Emma but she was so far away and the arms around her waist held her back.
Losing Daniel made her feel like she didn't have a heart; losing Emma was like feeling her heart shatter.
