I really do think this is unbelievably perfect for someone who hasn't seen the show. You are so damn talented and lovely.

Shhh!!! ;) That was a bit of a secret.

Thank you! And thank you for being present and positive and all that stuff.

Mmmm. Friday night Lights. So pretty. So never coming to Australia...

SO SO SO AWESOME! There is no sign you have only read transcripts, dear heart, and it's exactly that push and pull and tug and want that I wanted and you got it! YAY YAY THANK YOU!

Certainly, when I saw we requested the exact same pairing in FNL, I did not in the least let it influence who was assigned to write for me. ;) Though mosca actually chose who wrote for me and me for her.

Wow. This is gorgeous and so very perfectly Tyra, and the push-pull of Lyla and Dillon and the urge to run acting on her.

thank you so much. I'm very glad the push-pull worked.

This whole story is fabulous. You nailed the characters and the small-town atmosphere, and all the reasons why both girls do what they do and are who they are while wanting to do and be more and different.

It's silent out here this late at night. It's the kind of place where words just get dragged away across the water and swallowed into all the empty space. They can talk about anything here.

Lovely. I can't praise this enough. You have such a beautiful turn of phrase that works so well with these two.

(You've never seen the show?! I am amazed!)

Thank you! It was gorgeous to write. I'd love to get a chance to think more on Lyla, too.

I'm glad the phrasing seemed appropriate to the girls for you. Writing highschoolers is always so tricky. But having the whole of Texas to put in Tyra's brain really helped.

(I know, it's a bit ridiculous. But it's not out here and I only have dial up at home. Weird to love a show without seeing it but I do love it.)
