TRIGGERS.
FOR MUN ➠ I'm... pretty much untriggerable.
FOR SHEPARD ➠ There are a couple of pissed-off triggers.
☑ Mess with her crew. Insult them or threaten them in any way. It's the quickest way to end up dead.
☑ Imply that she's incompetent, or worse still, that she's going to get people killed. Considering how many friends, family, and teammates have died on her watch in the past, it's kind of a sensitive spot. It's all explained here.
BUT for actual emotional trauma triggers, she's pretty sturdy too. Comes with the job, I guess.

MEDICAL INFO.
She's technically undead, or so she jokes. She died for two years and was brought back to life over the course of two years from little more than charred remains. The only lasting effects of this are:
☑ The cybernetics throughout her body (she's maybe 1/3 non-organic by my estimate, though you can't tell by looking at her).
☑ The scars along her face (here).
Other than that, she seems like a normal human, albeit a damn tough one to kill.

MENTAL INFO.
☑ She's a commander first, second, and third, and a friend fourth or maybe even fifth. She gets shit done and protects her own. If you're going to get in her way, you'll be on the wrong end of an assault rifle. If you're going to threaten any one of her crew, you'll be on the wrong end of an assault rifle and at minimum a half-clip of ammo. You're starting to see my point.
☑ If she's harsh to you, it doesn't mean she hates you. If she's still harsh by the fifth or so time you meet, though, that's more of a possibility. Or at the very least, she doesn't trust you, finds you annoying, or thinks you're too much of a liability to bother with. The odds are, though, that you aren't on any of those lists unless you try to be. After all, back home she's the galaxy's only hope. How could she be out to save lives if she didn't like people overall?
☑ If you want to be her ally, all you have to do is show her you're not stupid. Bonus points if you show her you've got something to offer in exchange for her alliance. If you want to be on her team, that's a different matter. It takes a lot of proving yourself and a dash of sheer dumb luck. But Shepard is short quite a few squad members here, so proving you're worthy of a spot on her team actually isn't too far out on the 'impossible' scale.

FOURTH-WALLING.
Sure? She's famous as fuck back home anyway, so she's used to people knowing way too much about her life.

PHYSICAL CONTACT.
It all depends on the intent. As long as you don't mean it in a hurtful or insulting way, she won't hurt you for touching her. If you do, though, refer back to the 'wrong end of an assault rifle' threat. As for actual friends or close allies... Well, how often does she reject you guys, anyway?

ROMANCE/SEXUAL RELATIONS.
Oh man. I think I'll just say 'good luck' and turn you loose. If you've got that kind of time and patience, far be it for me to stop you.

INJURE/KILL.
Minor injuries are fine, there's rarely a mission where she goes totally unscathed anyway. Major injuries are generally fine, I just don't want her to get too many in a row or it would... actually be kind of OOC of her, being the Commander and all. I'd rather not have her killed outside of plot purposes, whether they're modplots or if you have a plot idea just between the two of us. I'm always open to ideas.

DEVICE HACKING.
Not a chance. It's her prerogative to have top-notch security on every electronic device she owns, even if she has to find a way to set up that security herself. The only people who could hack her device are people whom she'd probably trust to look at it anyway. The tech experts from her squad back on the Normandy (tali, legion, kasumi), Miranda (who always manages to get her nose into everything anyway, so Shepard's almost used to it), etc.

THREADJACKING.
As long as it's not a) obviously secret, or b) obviously tense/personal, have at it.

ANYTHING ELSE.
I love getting new CR and plotting with others, so seriously, don't be scared off by the fact that she's probably pointed her gun at you numerous times her less-than-friendly first impressions. I swear she's just being cautious.
