Blecccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. That's how I feel this morning. I had a wonderful time at Nuit Blanche on Saturday/Sunday, but it's been so long since I've been out all night I'm afraid I was a mite under-prepared. (Although I loved being out all night. I forgot how much fun it is! The last time I did that I was in Neuchatel, I'm pretty sure, and I was so uptight during that year I didn't know how to enjoy it. Oh, if only I could do that year over again... how many pretty girls I would kiss... or at least dance with... or gay bars I would check out... at least, at the very least...) I had slept for a couple of hours before we met up at 11, but none of us had thought we would make it through the whole night, so I thought just sleeping for a couple of hours on Sunday morning would get me through. Apparently not.
Anyway, Nuit Blanche. It was so much better than I expected. I know some more experienced reports are that it wasn't as great, but as my first time, I loved it. We started out at Yonge and Bloor, ended up at Queen & Dufferin, and had Fran's for breakfast, which was packed as it was the only thing open when we went for breakfast. I feel like a zombie (I just might eat your brains), but I wouldn't've traded in the experience for anything.
