Dream a little dream of me
As of this morning I have a Dreamwidth beta account and I have to say that the little bit I've fiddled with it, it's kind of awesome, even in beta format. Check it out here. I actually set up an Open ID account before I got my code. And because I'm already being asked...at the moment, I haven't gotten any invite codes, alas. If I get any, I'll pass them out. By the time open beta starts at the end of the month I'll be cross-posting here and there, I hope.

Oh, and I discovered yesterday that Rhett Miller is going to be on the finale of 30 Rock--which means screencap icons, oh, yes, baby. This makes me HAPPY. Particularly when he tweets things like this. \0/ (You guys, seriously, you don't know how hard it is for me when it comes to Rhett not to break my rule about not @-replying on Twitter to people who I follow there who aren't in fandom, i.e. people who might accidentally discover I cheerfully write fictional wizard and real musician gay porn and become creeped out by that fact. But he's so damn amusing.)
Off to blare some classical music at decibel levels to drown out my upstairs neighbour's techno so that I can try to eke out some more wordage on these fics I'm working on. Writeordie.com here I come again....
