Samurai Champloo Gushing
I love Misguided Miscreants Pt. 2. It has to be my favorite episode. And not just because it's Mugen-centric. Well, mostly because it is. But it shows more character depth and history for him than any other episode.
I love Mugen's near death experience scene. I love the song that plays as it happens. I still get chills when I hear it. I love the flashbacks. I love seeing how far he's come in his life. Yeah, he ain't exactly a saint now, but compaired to what he was at first, dude's come a long way.
I love it when he and that stupid little bitch from his past, Koza(?), are talking on the beach, and Mugen is actually talking sense/is deep.
I love the "almost" moment he has with Fuu when he's recovering in the shed.
But most of all, I love that at the end, he kills the dude and lets the bitch Koza live. Even though she's begging for him to kill her. I love him so hard for that.
Mugen is indeed made of awesome.
Also, Weekend at Bernie's will never not be funny.
