Manic Monday
Hey Bob. You ever notice that most of my titles for anything are songs? I kinda do it on purpose, but don't tell anyone.
Today was rough. I worked all day (just a tryin' to make a dollar), and I mean ALL day. 9 am till 10:30 pm. Two jobs equal twice the fun. But at least I got a break from my fam. I love them, but I wonder if they're slowly trying to drive me insane. I've been listening to a lot of Nine Inch Nails lately, and I've decided that I love Trent Reznor. He still can't compete with Sully Erna or Maynard Keenan, but he's up there. Ooh, or Chris Cornell. They're still my top 3.
I finished chapter 14 of my Riddfick today, not that any of my Riddfick readers come here, but it's an accomplishment nonetheless. I've had an idea for it to increase the tension b/w my two main characters. I've asked for input at ff, but I thought I'd give you all the opportunity here as well. My idea is for them to play "Dirty Scrabble," which is just what it sounds like. Only the dirty words count. I'm open to any suggestions. Not only will it increase the UST of my story, I'll get to act like a 12 year old (like I don't already) and giggle as I write the scene. I told you about my other idea for another Riddfick, but I had an idea at 3 am yesterday for another Rogan piece as well. That one's gonna take some time. Lots of action (the fighting kind), and more angst than I usually do.
My muse has been overactive lately. I think she thrives on all the chaos. I'll name her Eris. I'm big on naming things if you haven't noticed. There's you Bob, my car Violet, my laptop Bert. You get the idea.
I think that's about all I have to say. I'll post chapter 14 here tomorrow. I have a feeling it's too big and is gonna need to be split up. And frankly, I'm too tired to even attempt it right now. I have to be up in five hours and start all over again.
