The Autobiography of Malcolm X
I think I first read this in high school and I loved it. Since then I've read it every couple of years. I recommend it to friends and students. But not just because I happen to be a fan of Malcolm's work, but also because there's just so much here to critique/question/admire/wonder at. This is a book that always makes me think and I walk away with something new from it each time I read it.
