As I just told
poisontaster, I currently have a document open in which Sam and Dean are drinking beer in the back of a busted up old red truck that Bobby may or may not have lost his virginity in and TALKING ABOUT OB/GYN APPOINTMENTS. *hides*
Some of those songs may spoil for the fic and others make no sense whatsover, but if you want 'em, you can get 'em
here.
It's been the kind of day where I'm just getting around to eating eggs and toast at 9 PM. I think after that I may have a beer. I've been on the phone on my back porch for most of the day. SUMMER!
Um, is it really possible that they've never played "Simple Man" on SPN? I mean, just adjust that line where it says, "Mama told me when I was young/Come sit beside me, my *only* son" and it's the PERFECT heartwrenching accompaniment to WiaWSNB. I came upon this realization in the bar last night with C and A, where much discussion of masturbation was had and we (mostly) avoided being molested by weird old men INSISTENT upon buying us drinks.
Speaking of Winchesters, daddy issues, the WiaWSNB wishverse, and your HEART STRINGS, go read
this fic by
ink_stain.
Also, "Lynryd Skynryd" is really fracking hard to spell. I'm going to eat eggs now, watch "In My Time of Dying" and mourn John Winchester.
In conclusion, Men/Feelings = OTP
