Okay, so I've read quite a few reviews of Supernatural in the popular press. (Sadly, I did not bookmark them.) Not as many as probably many of the rest of you, but I am a relatively distracted fangirl and also I tend to find what y'all have to say about such things more interesting than what TV Guide or whatever has to say.

ANYWAY, did I hallucinate the fact that a lot of them seemed to advertise SPN as appealing to both men and women because for the former there's action and ghosts and dudeliness and for the latter there's, uh, hotass?

I know I am VERY NEEDY in terms of links and examples of fanboyishness and whatever else of late, but really, if anyone has any links to reviews cached away somewhere I'd appreciate them.

Earlier tonight I caught one glimpse of Sera Gamble's quote about Sam Winchester slamming a girl up into a wall and I felt a little faint. Then I anticipated re-writing any Sammy sex scenes that may ever happen on the show only with girl!Sam. I may have rubbed my hands together a few times with glee.

ETA: "Bugs," "Something Wicked" and "Playthings" were the only SPN episodes where someone canonically thought that Sam and Dean were gay, right?
