Having a bad, stressful day at work. I've been pouring my time & energy into getting this stupid promotion... and got stood up today by the key HR rep for the department. I waited in the lobby for over half an hour, until the appointment time was up. His e-mail when I returned to my desk? "I didn't see you in the lobby. What day is free for you next week?" Are you KIDDING ME?? I was sitting there the whole goddamn time!! He had to be lying, because how can you miss the one person sitting alone in the lobby, getting more and more nervous by the minute!! Oh, and P.S.: my calendar clearly states that I'm out all next week on my honeymoon. Idiot.
