In the weeks that had passed since Dana’s death Alice had taken to talking to the lifesize Dana made out of cardboard.
Since the cleansing had begun all that was left of Dana and Alice’s Dana shrine was that same cardboard model of Dana that Alice now spent her time talking to. Alice only tended to talk to the cardboard cutout when she had had a very tough day.
