The BAU of the FBI had been leant to NCIS for a long time. Ziva David had been paired to work with Elle and the two had been caught somewhere between frustration and love.
Ziva had found herself drawn to Elle by the woman’s fierce intelligence and caring. She knew Elle had been watching her work and most likely trying to profile her. The main reason she knew was that she had been doing much the same thing.
Elle had caught the other woman watching her a few times and found it both sweet and frustrating.
Once the case was finished the two were asked to continue working together as both bosses had seen a change in Ziva’s attitude and Elle’s comfort level. Both women had shown frustration but agreed.
