Okay, if it does get accepted, I'd argue that Sarah Jane Adventures and Doctor Who should be considered as different fandoms for assignments. It's just as much a spinoff as Torchwood, which is its own category.

Why not? (I'm not trying to stir up trouble - I'm just curious.)

Will you be allowing "wildcard" requests for rarer fandoms, or will all requests have to come from a list of the most popular fandoms?

Half the team isn't fond of RPF, and neither of us are particularly wanting to open the can of worms that is incest fic. (Which is shorthand for saying we really don't like it and would prefer not to mod a fic exchange with incest prompts, which would squick us.)

We hadn't talked about it, but we allowed one wildcard request last year, if the participant wanted, and I think we were leaning toward keeping that. We got some great stuff out of the wildcard option last year.
