Chore list dwindling :)
Litter boxes changed. Garbage taken out. Laundry washed and in dryers.
The only other thing I absolutely have to/want to do today is get the shelves installed on my bedroom wall where the glass shelf rack used to be. Once that's done, I can sloth around the remainder of the day.
But between taking clothes out of dryers and putting up shelves, I will be driving to Starbucks...it is necessary :)
I hope to have everything done by 1pm, but if you read my post from last night (the one about the shower caddy), you'll probably laugh to yourselves and know the whole shelf installation thing might not go exactly as planned ;-)
UPDATE: Went to Starbucks and because Big Lots is directly across the street (it's like a beacon that calls to you), I felt compelled to run in and see if they had anything I needed. I found a bird bath for Shawna...she's been looking for one. She already had a bird feeder in her backyard and a little zen garden she made, so she wanted a bath for the birds...she likes to watch them while she reads and listens to her new age/pan flute/celtic type music. I also picked up some of those really comfy/squishy socks to wear around the house...3 pack for $5, and a painting that matches the colors in my kitchen perfectly for $10.
So now I'm WAY behind schedule...looks like I'll be looking at around 3pm before I'm finished putting up the shelves in the bedroom. I like to take my time, use my level and make sure everything goes up just right, so it takes longer than if I just slapped them up there.
Off I go...
