Feminist/Female-Friendly Magazines and Avatar: Legend of Korra
Greetings, fellow feminist geeks! I just subscribed to Ms., Bitch, and Bust and I wanted to subscribe to Entertainment Weekly as well as a gaming magazine. The problem is, I don't know a female-friendly gaming magazine since the one I used to read is no longer in print. I was searching around and I see EGM, Play, and Game Informer and was wondering if those were any good.
Anyone have any ideas? What other magazines do you subscribe to?
On a completely unrelated note, does anyone know where I can keep updated on Michael DiMartino and/or Bryan Konietzko? I want to see if they're coming around the area so that I can nab a signed poster of Avatar: Legend of Korra or get my DVD's signed.
