This is something I had not heard of before. Certainly it is no better than asking women to starve themselves to become thin but I think it is a curious situation that will allow these two complete polar opposites to come together.
So frequently, here in the westernized portion of the world, thin is seen as the beautiful option. Now, cultures are merging as more media and communication between far reaching areas of the world are being realized.
