Roses to cure runny noses...
I'm sick, sick, sick. I've been able to avoid the terrible colds for over a year but my immune system crapped out on me and now I'm battling the evil sinus monsters.
Dave gave me a dozen roses last night. We were driving home last night and he stopped randomly and told me to wait in the car. When he came back, he was holding a dozen roses. He said he was sorry I was sick and that he felt bad because we have been dating so long and he's never given me a dozen roses. Why does he have to be so perfect? But seriously, I love him and his randomness. I'd rather have a dozen roses on a random wednesday than on sweetest day when it feels more obligatory.
The roses didn't cure my cold but they sure made me fee a lot better.
