Brilliant job. I pity Alia for her difference and alienation while being chilled by her knowledge and ruthlessness. You've gotten into the mind of a very complex character, and done a fantastic job. Bravo.

Thank you so much! I both love and pity Alia for all of those reasons, and this is the first time I've ever written her so I'm glad that I could convey those elements of her.

This was really good! I don't even normally like Alia all that much, but you did a great job showing the different aspects of her character, and why she is the way she is.

Wow. That was incredible. Such a fabulous and complex character and you've give a VERY powerful portrait of her here. Just... wow. Thanks to you, I might be rereading those books soon. It's been too many years.

You should reread them! They're delightful; problematic, sure, but delightful all the same, so rich in characters and ideas and I love reading them. And I'm glad you enjoyed my fic!
