This is lovely! I like how even though Parker is disconnected from people in general, and doesn't seem to mind that, she still does connect (and want to connect) to a few select people individually. Her sense of hurt and betrayal when Archie kicked her out was very well done.

I'm also glad I posted this when I did because last night's Leverage episode revealed that Parker spent 6 months in juvenile detention when she was 12 -- for stealing cars. I definitely did not know that when I was writing this. Ah, Dean Devlin and Leverage writers, why must you torment me?? ;)

This was a compelling, and truly fascinating back story piece for Parker. I fell into the story almost immediately. I love how you ended up weaving in so many bits of canon into this piece, as well as new information, to create the whole we know as Parker.
