Comfortable Silence w/ A Friend.

I had a friend over yesterday. Redqueenmeg and Len came over. He is such a rambunctious little thing and I have to admit, I adore him. His mother doesn’t get a lot of opportunities to get out herself and she is very deserving of some “me” time. So, it was nice that she and and the boy could come over. I had nothing planed, I had some laundry going and I had some dinner for later cooking on the stove. We watched Emma, talked a little, did some needle point and chilled out.

Best of all, there was a point where we said nothing and it was comfortable. Really, comfortable, especially since I am so socially awkward. It was nice…
