Nick really wanted to go see X-Men at the midnight showing, so I decided to take him.

We got to the theatre at 10:45pm and there was already a pretty good line inside the lobby waiting to go into the theatres (They were showing it on 3 screens.).

Nick knew one of the managers there (since he had worked for Wehrenberg's in high school) and he told us that the people at the front of the line (there was a group of 5 or 6, and one of them was pregnant) had been there since before the theatre opened that morning. So, they had been there since about 11am for a Midnight showing. Wow. I was astounded by the dorkiness.

There were some people dressed up there too. A guy had painted himself all silver (but had a jew fro, so it was pretty funny), one guy was dressed like a gin runner from the 1920's, and then there was a girl with black diamonds around her eyes.

As for the movie, it was pretty good. More action packed than the other two I would say. I won't give any spoliers away, unless someone asks, but I will say the pace of the movie felt totally different than the other two.

I also got a massive migraine during the movie from the noise, and still have it now.
