I've seen other segments on the Daily Show that were called "Uncle Jon Wants to Show You Something" and "Jon Stewart's Windowless Van for Kids."

That Scrubs icon makes me laugh everytime I see it, especially because I love the sound effects.

I'm tempted to say "ICONS" but I already filled one of these out. I suppose I could put it in the comments, though.

I think that was my favorite of the titles. I can't find it for the life of me, though.

I think the eye roll one is from the episode where Jed is geeking out about this rare book. I haven't watched it in a really long time.

This requires an intimate knowledge of both Doctor Who and the Homestarrunner cartoon Teen Girl Squad. If you have this, well...I don't know. Congratulations, I guess. The point being that a character in Teen Girl Squad declares "I have a crush on every boy!" (and is immediately killed. With arrows). This statement is very, very true of Captain Jack Harkness.
