just for the record. i hate military recruiters. they're like...hunters. trying to intimidate us into signing up because "we'll never do as well without serving our country." what a crock of shit. i'm not trying to offend anyone here. if the military is your thing, that's cool with me. it just isn't mine, and i don't appreciate being harassed about it. this guy from the marines called me practically when i woke up and was all trying to get me to join. and he's trying to be cool, so he's talking all hip and throwing in "cool" and "man" and "brotha" like he's some slick shit. and of course, they "aren't trying to change any plans" that i have....but here are all the reasons why i should join anyway. listen. i'm going to college next year to study radiologic science, and i don't need the marines or any other branch to do it. get a fucking clue.
