(no subject)
well folks, here i am in lovely bethel, connecticut.
wednesday morning i woke up at 4AM to get ready and leave for the airport. gah i wanted to die it was just waaaay too early. at the airport, the line for airtran checkin was 27115468216732 miles long, but it moved quickly so everything was cool. the flight itself wasn't bad. the lady sitting next to me was having trouble breathing and they had to give her oxygen. yeeah.
when i landed in new york, i waited FOREVER for my baggage to come around. met everyoine and we headed back to the house. along the way chessie and i commenced the usual corny joke-making and all that jazz.
chessie: "this is going to be the worst summer EVER."
geneva and i searched for jobs that afternoon. i picked up applications for PetCo and Payless (wtf). Payless said they were looking for people to work mornings and/or evenings. maybe that will work out. who knows? i shall keep my eyes open for other places though. i went again today and turned both of those apps in after making calls to get references. woot.
GV resurrected chessie's old computer for me to use. works great and i have internet access whenever i need it. thank God.
oh and i talked to my mom today. she says she got a letter from the school, and apparently i have some "outstanding debts" for books they said i never turned in this year. so she read the list, and it's every single textbook and novel i ever checked out this year. and that's total crap because i personally, along with curtis, turned all of those books in. i'm calling the school tomorrow and raising hell.
