Another update
I know I keep dropping in here intermittently and attempting to get everyone up to speed on my life as of late.
But things aren't much different from the last time I wrote. I'm still unemployed. That's the biggest burden in my life right now for obvious reasons. Never had I imagined that it would be so hard for a college graduate to just find an entry level job! I've been putting all the effort I can into my job search. But it hasn't payed off. My parents are frustrated (rightfully so) but instead of showing patience, they have been bitches about the whole thing and make me feel even worse. I could understand their anger if I was just some lazy, unmotivated slob, however, I'm very, very motivated to find a job. Now, I could try and wait tables or work at the grocery store but my feeling is that it would really just prevent me from finding a "real job."
But there is hope. I randomly got called last week by a recruiter from Bank of America in Charlotte. Bank of America is headquartered in Charlotte so it'd be more a corporate job then working in a branch office. I had two phone interviews and I'm going in this Monday morning for an in-person interview. I hope to GOD that this is it. It just needs to happen.
I'm still with my boyfriend, Will. It's been almost 4 months. So that makes it officially my longest relationship ever. He's in Charlotte right now working so if I get a job there we won't have to do long distance anymore. It's not terrible, but it can really start to suck if I haven't seen him for weeks (which I haven't). So everything on that front is sailing right along.
Got the new HBK DVD and I throughly enjoyed it. I came on here to read some of the comments on my FL and I agree wholeheartedly with you all so I don't have to really comment further. But just watching that documentary and the old matches (the ones from the 90s) just makes me love Shawn all over again.
