confused and not sure what to do

its been almost a yr and I just realized that I don't love the man I'm with even though he's the father of my daughter. I don't know how to tell him it's over.it will kill him he wants to get married but i'm just not happy anymore.how can I tell him it's over but he'll still be able to see his daughter? that's my problem of moment
