Tim Tams are reported to be the most fastastic cookies in the Universe, and are available almost exclusively in Australia alone. Orli used to claim that he was a sometimes vegetarian and all times Tim Tamist. Apparently you bite off a corner and dip them in your tea, then suck out the cookie guts while they're soggy, finishing off with the rapidly melting chocolate outer. I'll be bringing loads back in the fall, in my effort to remain hooked on things I can't have (remember Malteasers?)

We should plan on getting together sometime. When Denver gets hot, you should drive up and spend the night and we'll drive through the mountains where it is cool and beautiful (and close by and uncrowded).
