"Don't you wish your girlfriend had and STD? Doncha!"
So I was just minding my own business, having a shower before the party tonight, when I hear the phone ring. Quickly I reach for the tap, shut off the comforting hot water, grab my towel and hurriedly dry my arms and face off to grab the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey darlin'."
"Oh, hey Christy."
"So... I don't think I can come to the party tonight."
"What?! Why not?!"
"Because, well... half of the project's gone..."
At this time I had a nervy spaz in my bathroom, because the five of us had just spent from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm last night editing and completing our ten-minute film project.
Why the eff does this always happen to us?! It was just going way too well, so the computer has to invent a brand new way to screw with us!
I hate computers.
I hate Final Cut Express.
I hate editing.
I have the sudden urge to punt a baby...
