Painting the Lawnchairs

It is hard not to take rejection letters personally. I have received enough to wallpaper my bedroom and I just have to keep trying.

Some of the people that I was counting on to help me find a job have lost their jobs. The ones that still have theirs are trying. People care and they're doing their best.

Last year I made $9000 working at Barnes and Noble. There is probably someone who owns a pair of socks that costs more than $9000. I have more education and less money than many people you will meet.

I have to tell you one thing though. I'm happy. Today I decided to paint my parent's lawnchairs yellow with little red lobsters all over them. (Haven't done it yet-I need to buy oil paint remover in case I mess up. This will be my birthday present to myself)

When you do not have an important job, you do have freedom and time to paint lobsters on anything you want.
