I call them Chinese catepillars because they look like teeny little red dragons. They're poisonous and they make big welps. I have big welps and I showed them to my doctor-and she said i wasn't bit by a chinese catepillar, but that it was Chicken POX!!!!
I had it when I was a kid, but apparently if you get too stressed out your immune system weakens. A nerve that runs along the left side of your neck and down your shouldier harbors the virus, and you start getting big welps that look like catepillar bites along that nerve line. They are also different from catepillar bites because they are covered in blisters. It hurts when my hair touches them or when the wind blows.
Chicken pox is caused by the same virus as herpes. I feel lucky to have chicken pox herpes on my neck and not...anywhere else.
Its a lonely state of affairs. People think I have scabies and so they sit very far away. I don't blame them.
