Thursday night, definitely not the best time to post fic, I know. But you've got about an hour to kill before SPN starts, right? So... [ETA. Sorry! I totally screwed up the coding, accidentally cutting a big piece out of it AND mixing up the two pieces. I am a moron. Should be fixed now.]

Oh my God, yay Doors of Time timestamp! You have no idea how happy it made me to get that particular notification in my inbox.

I love Chris so much in this 'verse. He's probably one of my favorites.

I always love Jensen's interactions with pianos. I love that they talk to him. I loved his utter happiness and awe at the fact that he got to play a baby grand. I've only been able to play one once (my cousin is a concert pianist and I might have flailed all over hers). I can only play Row Row Row Your Boat and Amazing Grace and its still an amazing experience to play one.

Thank you! I'm so happy to hear that. I was a bit worried that people would get tired of it.

Chris is such fun to write. He's just so lovable in his grumpiness. lol

The difference between an upright and a grand is so astounding and would probably be even more so for someone like Jensen who hears and sees things so differently. It just something I always wanted to show, his reaction to it, I just couldn't fit it into the original story so you got this instead. *g*

I will offer you one of any organ or limb I have two of, if you keep writing time stamps in this 'verse, because I absolutely freakin adore it. Jensen's pain, and his loneliness hurt my heart, and I adore Chris, and I love the thought of Jensen putting his entire emotional range into his music, and when he saw the grand piano, I thought I was going to cry. This is just such a beautiful world you've created, and I love how you keep bringing us back to it. I hate to ask for more when you've just given us this lovely piece, but I can't help it.

Please more?

LOL. Well, I could always use an extra boob, I guess... *g*

Seriously though I'm really happy you're not getting tired of this verse because I was a bit worried about that. I've sort of put everything else on the shelf for now because I'm worried that concentrating on other stories with different characters will make working on the novel harder. I don't know. *shrugs*

I do have a few more in the works. His mother showing up is one followed by another where they accidentally run into one of the doctors from the asylum. They both go more into what happened during those two years, giving us glimpses of that. Not sure when they will be finished though. Oh and there's one with Sandy. Honestly, the more I write the more ideas I get. lol

There is no way in hell I could get tired of this. EVER.

The thought of meeting of with Jensen's mother gives me shivers. And to see Jensen's reaction upon meeting one of the doctors...*rubs at gooseflesh* Plus, Jared's reaction to either of those situations...oooh, I can't wait.

Write faster, woman!!!

So lovely to see this on my flist this afternoon!

Beautifully written, and so freaking sweet. It was wonderful to spend time in this verse again, with its magic and Jensen's personality and wonderful friends. It's like watching something beautiful grow. Awesome.

You know, I think your Jensen is one of the most intriguing and empathetic characters I've read in a long time. He's all he is, magical and musical, yet it's so easy to feel what he's feeling.

I really loved this timestamp.
