I totally overdid it yesterday. Physical therapist in the morning that although she didn't do much still poked me in places that hurt afterwards. Then work for 4 hours. And then I sat writing for 8 hours or until 11:30 pm when hubby came to drive me home. (And the cafe was closing anyway
