(no subject)
Hubby just brought home two huge rainbow flags from the schools' talent show that his school had used in their act. So so pretty. He's gonna see if we can keep at least one if them if the school gets the other. Only 9 months until the next Gay Pride!
Oh, and I almost had a heart attack this morning. Was about to close Word and the laptop before heading to work when I realised the whole second part of my epic J2 story was GONE! Over 32.000 words!! Aaaargh! Cue panic attack. Until I pushed undo and everything magically reappeared. Yep, see I had selected all the text to see the word count last night and then had obviously pushed either enter or delete and whoosh, gone. Of course if it would really have been gone I did have a backup on my USB key but it was missing the last 2000 words or so. So yeah. My ticky-ticker! *grabs chest*
But all is well again and I even added another 1000 words this morning plus scribbled a little in my notebook during lunch. I am not joking when I say this one is a monster. Closing in on 97.000 words and it is far far from over.
Like I told winchesterxgirl, one day I will have a life again. Probably not this year though.
